Manny starts his days with a HIIT workout or walk called the ‘hour of power’, figuring out ways to best serve his clients, and how to leverage his network and experience building, growing and operating early-stage, fast-growth B2B/B2C, professional service and consumer brand companies. He works with founders, owners, CEOs and executive committee members to grow companies from startup, to sales acceleration, to IPO and beyond.

Manny is a trained project manager and leadership/strategy consultant that approaches every interaction with a high degree of sensibility and sophistication. He is the kind of person that clients trust with their brands, and partners and teammates want to spend time with. He respects others, communicates honestly and operates with integrity all the time.

Manny is founder + partner at Connective Agency and is a MBA graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He participates on boards of directors for education, industry and community action non-profits, including the Dallas Children’s Theater and CompTIA. Jacqueline spent the first half of her career learning everything about PR, branding and integrated marketing at Ogilvy, working with clients across the finance, technology, consumer goods and professional services sectors. She spent the second-half of her career in-house at awesome companies like Adecco (workforce solutions), Amedisys (healthcare) and Balfour Beatty (commercial construction). 

Jacqueline’s passion is identifying communications solutions to organizational challenges and enabling companies to capitalize on market opportunities, regardless of industry. She loves to learn about all types of businesses and help them connect with their employees, customers and communities.

Jacqueline has a BA from New York University from the College of Arts and Sciences Communications School with honors in Journalism, and if someone paid her to go back to college she would go back to NYU in a heartbeat. She enjoys pretending to play tennis well, binge reading books, magazines and (gasp!) print newspapers, running (well, really jogging), practicing yoga, traveling, hiking and spending time outdoors with her family.

For the past 15 years Whitney has worked at the intersection of technology, education, and liberal arts. She began her career as a video editor for an ABC News affiliate while attending Baylor University. Upon moving to Dallas she worked at Apple Inc. where she taught pro-level creative software to industry professionals and also assisted with opening new stores across the U.S. Southwest region.

Whitney launched a Dallas-based small business providing media curatorial services to clients across the country, which allowed her experience in marketing, product delivery, and account management. With a passion for helping others, she worked for 7 years at a Title I public school district, located in South Dallas and Waxahachie, and led district-wide communications and marketing campaigns.

Whitney jumped at the chance to join Connective Agency and is excited to help clients grow their business!

Whitney earned her Bachelors from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters from the University of Texas-Tyler. She loves to spend her free time with family and friends, and yummy food is always involved!

Ayona Anderson has 10+ years of agency and corporate experience in integrated marketing, digital & social media, crisis communications, public relations strategies, as well as multicultural outreach.

Ayona was the first social media advisor at ExxonMobil. From ExxonMobil's headquarters, she managed the corporate social media strategy, internal social media infrastructure, compliance reviews and channel approvals around the world, including Twitter in Malaysia, WeChat in Beijing, ExxonMobil Careers Facebook page and more.

Before ExxonMobil, Ayona worked at the global PR agency, Weber Shandwick, and at their multicultural marketing arm, The Axis Agency. She supported such brands as the U.S. Army, L’Oreal, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Paul Quinn College, U.S. Federal Reserve, Verizon Wireless, CVS/Pharmacy, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Pine-Sol, and more.

Stacey Frantz is a highly regarded corporate communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience developing strategy and implementing communications around large corporate initiatives, crisis situations, issues management, brand management, and both customer and employee loyalty. Her experience crosses multiple industries including aviation, travel, professional services, healthcare, banking and technology. In addition to her focus on transformation and reputation management, Stacey also counsels clients on executive visibility and strategic marketing communications.

Stacey’s strengths include interacting comfortably at the C-level, building and managing effective teams, building consensus, and managing multiple conflicting priorities. She is a strategic thinker, with the ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and provide effective counsel as well as translate it effectively to deliverables.

A Texas native, Stacey is active in her community, serving on leadership boards for several non-profits. She is an avid gardener and tennis player, and prefers to be on the water whenever possible. Stacey holds a BA in English and Sociology from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Michelle’s true title doesn’t fit on a business card. It should be marketing strategist, media buyer, and digital media guru. While Ohio born-and-raised, Michelle now calls Dallas home and her deep expertise in all things marketing and media has been an enormous asset to many local Dallas-based businesses.

From a bakery to a dental website company, Michelle’s vast background led her to Advocate Magazine in 2013 where she was responsible for planning, developing and=implementing Advocate’s digital media products. This included developing multimedia products available to DFW-based businesses, including Dallas ISD.

Michelle and her husband love remaking old houses and living as close to downtown as possible. When time allows, Michelle enjoys heading out to the country to ride horses, traveling with her husband, and eating dessert first. She prides herself on being a boy mom and is looking forward to the experiences ahead as her little ones enter the school years.

Kailey is the newest member of the CONNECTIVE Agency team. She is a high-energy tactical marketing specialist with program experience in cross-platform digital media analytics, planning, design and delivery for large, regional organizations, such as Keurig Dr Pepper, the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, and Communities in Schools.

While at Baylor University her areas of study included journalism and public relations, and she was recognized for her academic excellence as a member of the Dean's Academic Honor's List. Kailey is a leader among her peers, serving as campus president for Dream Outside the Box: Baylor, and as a lead camp counselor at Pine Cove: one of the largest youth camps in Texas.

Nicole Smith is an accomplished marketer known for growing revenue and engaging audiences. Her thoughtful, insight-driven, customer-centric brand strategies have defined her time at high-profile companies including The Walt Disney Company. After earning her MBA from the University of Michigan, Nicole served as an executive at various sports properties including NASCAR, a Major League Baseball team and a Women’s National Basketball Association team. Most recently, Nicole transitioned from her career in sports to focus on select marketing clients and to share her knowledge and experience as a speaker, facilitator, and coach.  

Nicole is originally from Richmond, CA. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She is a certified Strategic Intervention coach and a member of the National Speakers Association. She also serves on the Alumni Board of Governors for Michigan Ross.

Megan was most recently the co-founder and vice president of strategic planning and membership sales for RISE Air, a premium membership-based executive air travel service, providing scheduled and on-demand flights to corporate, private air travelers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and California. She directed the execution of product launch plans for the company, and oversaw the analysis of core private air travel member demographics, affiliate partnerships, event programming, PR, social, digital and automated marketing platforms.

Megan has experience negotiating agreements and contracts with Fortune 100 corporate air travel executives, as well as regional and private airport directors for operations, landings, takeoffs and gate fees.

RISE was acquired by Surf Air in March 2017 for an undisclosed amount.

Megan is pursuing a master’s in data science from Southern Methodist University and has a bachelor’s in art from the University of Oklahoma.
