Manny starts most days with a HIIT workout or an energy walk called the ‘hour of power’, using this time to figure out ways to best serve his clients and how to leverage his network and experience building, growing and operating early-stage, fast-growth business-to-business, professional service and consumer brand companies. He works alongside founders, owners, CEOs and executive committee members to grow companies from startup, to sales acceleration, to initial public offering.

Manny is a trained project manager and leadership/strategy consultant that approaches every interaction with a high degree of sensibility and sophistication. He is the kind of person that clients trust with their brands, and partners and teammates want to spend time with. He respects others, communicates honestly and operates with integrity all the time.

Manny is founder + partner at Connective Agency and is a MBA graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He participates on boards of directors for education and community action non-profits. Manny speaks to new entrepreneurs, mentors career-changers and loves spending time with his family.

Jacqueline spent the first half of her career learning everything about PR, branding and integrated marketing at Ogilvy, working with clients across the finance, technology, consumer goods and professional services sectors. She spent the second-half of her career in-house at awesome companies like Adecco (workforce solutions), Amedisys (healthcare) and Balfour Beatty (commercial construction). 

Jacqueline’s passion is identifying communications solutions to organizational challenges and enabling companies to capitalize on market opportunities, regardless of industry. She loves to learn about all types of businesses and help them connect with their employees, customers and communities.

Jacqueline has a BA from New York University from the College of Arts and Sciences Communications School with honors in Journalism, and if someone paid her to go back to college she would go back to NYU in a heartbeat. She enjoys pretending to play tennis well, binge reading books, magazines and (gasp!) print newspapers, running (well, really jogging), practicing yoga, traveling, hiking and spending time outdoors with her family.

For 20+ years Ryan has been involved in the Dallas advertising scene. His experience ranges from traditional print production, to brand/content management, UI/UX, emergent media, project management, event planning, and brand life-cycle development. He is often described as a "Swiss-army knife" of skills and talent - throw him the impossible and he'll find a solution.

Ryan brings extensive experience overseeing the production and management of campaigns, and managing multimillion-dollar advertising budgets for Fortune 100 companies such as Bank of America, Best Buy, Intel, Humana, and more.

Ryan moved to Dallas in 1988 and considered himself a long-lost Texan returning home. He has a Bachelor's degree in communications from University of Texas at Dallas. He has a deep love for the Dallas community and volunteers his time with public awareness campaigns and at the Resource Center of Dallas. Ryan enjoys time with his family and dogs, binge watching Hulu, vegan cooking, road-trips and spending time at White Rock Lake.

Ayona Anderson has 10+ years of agency and corporate experience in integrated marketing, digital & social media, crisis communications, public relations strategies, as well as multicultural outreach.

Ayona was the first social media advisor at ExxonMobil. From ExxonMobil's headquarters, she managed the corporate social media strategy, internal social media infrastructure, compliance reviews and channel approvals around the world, including Twitter in Malaysia, WeChat in Beijing, ExxonMobil Careers Facebook page and more.

Before ExxonMobil, Ayona worked at the global PR agency, Weber Shandwick, and at their multicultural marketing arm, The Axis Agency. She supported such brands as the U.S. Army, L’Oreal, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Paul Quinn College, U.S. Federal Reserve, Verizon Wireless, CVS/Pharmacy, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Pine-Sol, and more.

Ayona is a Dallas native and is passionate about the North Texas community. She serves on the marketing committee of VisitDallas, the Press Club of Dallas board marketing chair, and enjoys mentoring future marketers at the Townview School of Business & Marketing.

For the past 15 years Whitney has worked at the intersection of technology, education, and liberal arts. She began her career as a video editor for an ABC News affiliate while attending Baylor University. Upon moving to Dallas she worked at Apple Inc. where she taught pro-level creative software to industry professionals and also assisted with opening new stores across the region.

Whitney launched a Dallas-based small business providing media curatorial services to clients across the country, which allowed her experience in marketing, product delivery, and account management. With a passion for helping others, she worked for 7 years at a Title I public school district, located in South Dallas and Waxahachie, and led district-wide marketing campaigns.

Whitney jumped at the chance to join Connective Agency and is excited to help clients grow their business!

Whitney earned her Bachelors from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters from the University of Texas-Tyler. She loves to spend her free time with family and friends, and yummy food is always involved!

Marie has more than 16 years of branding, design and advertising experience that ranges from developing multi-media advertising campaigns to creating high-powered designs for national brands. Her background extends 2,500 miles across the country from Baton Rouge, Louisiana all the way to Portland, Oregon.

Over the course of her career, Marie has worked her way up the creative ladder from graphic designer to art director, creative director to brand strategist and now agency principal for Brew.

Marie and her team at Brew possess a specific type of "iterative intuition" whereby each iteration of the creative process delivers a product that meets and exceeds client expectations. They are an important strategic partner for the Connective Agency. We've worked together for years as her clients when we led marketing at Excelerant, Glass-Media, Amedisys and Balfour Beatty and we're thrilled to have Marie and her crew as an integrated part of our Connective Agency team.
